It’s always a thrill to be at Bay Hill!  It’s always one of my favorite weeks of the year and this week was certainly no exception.  The course is in the best condition it has ever been (which is really saying something) and the staff, volunteers and fans here are better than any other location on tour!  More pictures and details coming soon!

Hard to believe it’s here again already, but The Valspar is in full swing at the fabulous Innisbrook Resort in Palm Harbor and we’ll be bringing you all the action LIVE and on location!  Looking forward to interviewing tournament director, Tracy West, Innisbrook Director of Golf, Bobby Barnes and Gary Keiser from the PGA Tour Volunteer Challenge!

After trying to connect for quite some time, it was great to finally have SNN Sports Director Trevor DeGroot in studio this morning to get his take on the 2016 Season and much more! Great discussion on how The Olympic Games in Rio are a great opportunity to globally bring fans/viewers to the game of golf that typically would not tune in otherwise. We also had renowned golf writer Andy Brumer calling in from California to discuss his new book – “The Poetics of Golf”.  I’ve read a lot of golf books over the years, but found this to be unique, refreshing, and a reminder of how special the game of golf really is! Big day today on Tee It Up!  It was a real privilege for me to interview one of the biggest start of the LPGA, Morgan Pressel!  Not only is she a star on the course (Youngest ever to win an LPGA Major, Solheim Cup Veteran and Hero, Annually ranking in the top 20 in the world, etc…) but I think its safe to say that she is even a bigger hero off the course.  After losing her mother to breast cancer at the age of 13, Morgan started the Morgan Pressel Foundation and her efforts have raised millions of dollars to help fight that terrible disease.  Her 9th Annual Morgan & Friends Fight Cancer Tournament this past week raised 1 Million Dollars alone!  It really was an honor to have Morgan on the show!
